I work with individuals and couples who are navigating difficult life situations and struggling with overwhelming feelings, emotional disconnection, or being stuck in unhelpful behaviour patterns. Many of my clients are living with the impact of trauma, grief, anxiety, or relationship challenges and are seeking meaningful change. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way and build the insight and skills needed to create honest, meaningful connections—with others and with themselves—and move toward a life that reflects their values and hopes.
