Making the choice to begin therapy is a radical act of self-love and community care. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can explore and better understand their challenges, and cultivate a more trusting relationship with themselves. My speciality is in treating trauma, the impacts of emotional and physical violence, and anxiety. I also work with clients navigating relationship stress, life transitions, burnout and self-esteem issues. In our work together, we’ll expand on your inner strengths and resiliency, while exploring the challenges you are facing with compassion, humor and courage.
