I provide counselling services to children, teens, and adults. I work with children and teens experiencing personal, social, academic, and behavioural problems, including bullying, gender identity and sexuality, body image and self-esteem, depression, anxiety, abuse/neglect, trauma, and interpersonal issues. My work with adult clients includes supporting you through depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem & body image, and relational issues.
