Even the most difficult experience can be a guide into a deeper, more meaningful experience of being alive. I work with female and gender diverse clients facing a variety of issues in life. These issues include: unresolved past trauma/abuse, difficulty managing emotions/feeling okay in the world, relationship challenges, questioning identity, and navigating life transitions.
