I take a holistic approach to counseling, supporting clients who seek healing from trauma, OCD, ADHD, panic attacks, and experiences of undue influence and coercive control. My ideal clients struggle with intrusive thoughts, focus issues, emotional distress, and/or desire personal growth, stability, and self-empowerment. They need tools to manage compulsions, improve attention, or recover from harmful relationships. Through the therapeutic journey, I help clients achieve lasting change and regain control of their lives, focusing on their whole well-being for meaningful progress.
