Hello, my name is Caroline. I would like to first acknowledge the courage it takes to take this first step in looking for a therapist. It can be scary as you begin to take the first step of creating a deeper relationship with yourself. I enjoy working with individuals, families and couples that are looking for a space to help navigate life's challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma abuse/neglect. I believe that clients are the experts to their own lives and that all people are capable of resiliency, growth, self-love and compassion.
