Struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or life’s challenges? My journey as a therapist is deeply shaped by personal survival through trauma. Growing up with a father’s alcoholism, enduring violence, surviving a terrorist attack, grief & the aftermath of partner violence, has given me profound insight into fear, trauma & healing. My practice, Everall Wellness, is dedicated to offering a safe space where you can heal & reclaim joy. Through online therapy, my book series, guided meditations, & public speaking, I make mental health accessible, guiding you to well-being with compassion & hope, reminding you that you are not alone!
