I craft my therapeutic approach from what springs up naturally between therapist and client. I practice Relational Psychotherapy & employ therapeutic techniques based on your needs and goals. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for exploring conflicting emotions, negative thinking patterns, & aspects of the self that have been wounded or may have been lost to you. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and domestic violence. Together we can explore your experience, its origins, how it has affected your sense of self and your relationships, as well as its meaning in your life.
