If that's me, I truly look forward to beginning this journey with you! While skilled in working with a variety of mental health challenges, I'm most experienced working with those related to childhood experiences, abuse, trauma (including sexual abuse), relational ruptures, & loss. These impacts can include shame & self-criticism, guilt, anxiety, depression, overwhelming or muted emotion, perfectionism, over-working, body image, self-esteem, and boundary challenges, and more.
