I enjoy working with a variety of adult clients. If you are ready to work to improve your mental health, I’m happy to support you. I especially enjoy working with people who are healing from traumatic experiences, whether that trauma is physical, psychological, or interpersonal. I believe we work better together if you understand the purpose of what we’re doing in therapy.
