Trauma affects many, if not all of us, and recovery from the impact of these experiences is a journey. In therapy, my focus is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship where healing can take place. Once trust is developed, the goal is to empower individuals to increase their sense of safety and control, and to cope with traumatic experiences. My wish is for individuals to be able to reengage in their lives and pursue their greatest hopes for themselves, without the traumatic experiences hindering their ability to do so.
