I collaborate with adults experiencing anxiety and depressive disorders, self-doubt, low self-worth, and trauma related to religious abuse. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, particularly during difficult life transitions when the path forward feels unclear. Together, we identify barriers, establish goals of care, and develop a treatment strategy that promotes confidence, change, and stability. I also coordinate with prescribers, providing clinical insight and communication to support symptom monitoring and reduce the risk of decompensation.
