Welcome to my profile! I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), dedicated and trained in various modalities of therapy. My primary focus is working as a trauma therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma and find their path to healing. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and growth. My primary focus is childhood trauma, CPTSD, narcissistic abuse recovery and eating disorders.
