Authenticity is hard. Men and families are my specialty. It's never too late and you're never too old to walk toward change. I offer a secure, non-judgmental space for addressing issues like depression, anxiety, marriage & relational conflict, trauma/sexual abuse and PTSD. Most men only seek therapy if there is a crisis. Many men have experienced lack of connection with their fathers left with a feeling of being "Fatherless Men." As a result, men struggle with trust and have difficulty with relationships, specifically healthy romantic attachments. Whatever your story, it's time for a new direction, called change.
