I have always loved connecting with people. I have nineteen years of experience as a psychologist and still love what I do. I work with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and relationship problems using a client-centered focus. I also have experience with eating disorders, trauma, domestic violence, and body image issues. I also help adolescents to navigate the unique pressures that come with their developmental stage. I enjoy helping people find more adaptive ways of relating to each other and to improve their communication and social skills.
