Hi my name is Bonnie Alvarez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in San Diego, California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have over ten years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children experiencing the struggles of anxiety, depression, grief & loss, life stage transitions, intimate partner violence by utilizing evidence-base practice such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Trauma Focus Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help support my clients in healing painful life experiences. (I am fluent in Spanish and English).
