Your healing journey begins with trust. I believe that the same Divine Love and Wisdom who shaped the heart is the same Power that heals it. I offer a trauma-informed and faith-based approach to healing. Unhealed trauma is inevitably transferred. It disconnects individuals from their identity, impedes personality, while creating a longing for safety. I believe we all want freedom to be safe, authentic, and the courage to ask for what we want, and to say no to what we don’t. Together, we will explore your challenges while simultaneously developing healthy boundaries that foster personal and relational safety.
