I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience working in social services, emergency response, and healthcare settings. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and have experience in variety of areas including conflict resolution, occupational stress, and family & relational dynamics. While I work with all populations, I am particularly focused on providing therapy tailored for couples. I further specialize in supporting first responders and their intimate partners - recognizing the unique challenges faced by frontline couples.
