Andrea empowers her Clients to use their individual strengths to navigate through life’s challenges with confidence. She is passionate about working with Clients with a history of Trauma and uses a Trauma-Informed lens throughout the counselling process. She offers Psycho-education which helps her Clients understand themselves better & teaches her Clients tangible skills that they can use to reduce stress and prevent future crisis.
