Using a relational and attachment framework, I specialize in supporting adults navigating the impacts of trauma and grief in all it's forms. In my work with couples, I work to foster a deep understanding of the dynamics that drive each partner. I help individuals and couples address concerns around communication, intimacy, boundaries, and trust. Couples sessions are available in a traditional 60 or 90 minute format, as well as 2-day intensives. I am energized about working with couples from all types of relationship structures.
