Most frequently, I see adults who have experienced childhood trauma, but I also see individuals who work in high stress professions, people in recovery from substance use disorders or their family members, and domestic violence/sexual assault survivors. People generally come to see me because they are looking to understand and change unhealthy patterns in order to have more fulfilling relationships with others. Trauma, chronic stress, and addiction can change our brains in ways that make life difficult but there is always a way out!
