Positive change is possible when we are supported in identifying and harnessing strengths and increasing the capacity to understand ourselves more deeply and compassionately. Therapy begins with building an understanding of lived experiences, identifying meaningful goals, and creating a beneficial approach to growth. My primary areas of focus include working with clients who are striving to manage anxiety, OCD, phobias, trauma, and chronic pain/chronic illness, as well as supporting couples, utilizing Gottman Method interventions, toward increasing positive connection and communication at any stage of the relationship.
