So, why 1up? It might seem rather playful in nature, but we take your health and emotional well-being seriously. We wanted something familiar and unique that people who are seeking support might identify with. You may recognize “1up” as an arcade or video game identifier for Player 1 or achieving an extra turn. We feel that therapy can be an opportunity for anyone to have an extra turn and by taking the first step toward working on yourself. Our goal is to provide quality mental health counseling to those who need it. We are a telehealth practice based in Florida, providing all therapy sessions via online, secure video software.
