Mr. Boyle has been certified as a practitioner of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, through International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). He is also trained as a Drug Recognition Evaluator/Expert (DRE) specifically designed for DUI Drug cases, and also Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE). He has extensive training and experience in understanding the science and principals involved in chemical testing, including the DMT DataMaster (breath testing), is one of only a few Michigan attorneys that has had specialized and hands-on training with Gas Chromatography (GC) (quantitative blood testing) for alcohol and GC / Mass Spec and LC Tandem Mass Spec for whole drug & blood drug Detection and analysis.
