"The worst lawyer you can hire, he stole $15,000 from me didn’t defend me in anything my case went on for 2 yrs I never had to go to court then I received an email that they are offering my 3 options, the judge’s conclusion, trail or 3 yrs in prison. He asked me what I wanted Crook what kinda lawyer defends a client like that I told him I don’t understand where are you helping me at. He got angry started yelling and hung up on me. Then he withdrew from the case. I lost $15000 and might go to prison. Do not hire this crook he works for himself not the client"

"**Title: A Cautionary Tale: My Experience with Attorney Michael González** In November 2023, I made the decision to hire attorney Michael González after hearing promising things about his ability to handle cases like mine. He charged me $17,000 and assured me that he had the expertise to either secure probation for me or have the charges dropped altogether. With his confident assurances, I felt hopeful about my case and trusted him to navigate the complicated legal system on my behalf. Over the course of the next two years, I was told repeatedly that I wouldn't need to be present for court appearances. González claimed he would take care of everything. However, as time passed, I found myself increasingly in the dark about what was actually happening with my case. I received no communication from him regarding the court's decisions or the outcomes of hearings that were supposedly taking place. It was an unsettling experience to feel so disconnected from a situation that had such profound implications for my life. Finally, on May 17, 2025, I reached out to him for an update. My hope was quickly dashed when he responded by yelling at me over the phone. He insulted me, calling me "dumb" and questioning my spelling, before abruptly hanging up. This interaction left me feeling not only disrespected but utterly defeated. To make matters worse, shortly after our conversation, González filed a motion to withdraw from my case. With that, my $17,000 investment vanished, and I was left to ponder the precarious reality of my situation. I couldn’t help but think about how vulnerable I had been during this entire process—placing my life in the hands of someone who ultimately appeared to be a fraud.
