How to Claim Your Profile
Claiming your profile is completely free. It lets you update your details, respond to survivor inquiries, and show that your listing is verified.
STEP 01
Phone OTP — if your phone number is on the profile
If your profile lists a phone number, you can verify instantly using a 6-digit one-time code sent via SMS to the number on file.
- The code is sent to the phone number already listed on your profile.
- The code expires after 10 minutes — request a new one if needed.
- Standard SMS rates may apply.
- If your number has changed, use the Additional Information path instead.
STEP 02
Email OTP — if your email address is on the profile
If your profile lists an email address, we send a 6-digit code to that inbox. Enter it on the claim form to confirm ownership.
- The code is sent to the email already listed on your profile.
- Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a minute.
- The code expires after 10 minutes.
STEP 03
Additional Information — no phone or email on the profile
If no contact details are on the profile, submit additional information (website, social profiles, LinkedIn) and our team will manually verify.
- Our team reviews submissions within 1–3 business days.
- We may reach out to confirm identity.
- You will be notified by email once approved.
After claiming
Update your name, organization, location, and availability.
Add your phone, email, and website for survivor contact.
Your profile shows a "Verified" badge.
Receive contact messages directly from survivors.
