Therapy can be a big decision, my goal is always to create a safe, non judgemental space for all people to get help with the issues they face in life. Through open and honest dialogue, Somatic Experiencing and a collaborative approach with my clients, I enjoy helping people gain insight into themselves, develop coping strategies and work towards personal growth and healing. Additionally, special consideration needs to be acknowledged for those with trauma related issues and the gentle approach of Somatic Experiencing is a modality to offer incredible hope and healing to people who have been suffering through this.
