Hello, I am Yoany Lopez-Hernandez, LMHC. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about life. I am here to support my clients through rough times and overcome trauma related issues focusing in healing and building self-love and self-confidence. I've been working with people that experienced trauma (ex. Sexual, Physical and/or psychological abuse during childhood, placed in foster homes, homeless, not feeling heard or validated, divorce, grieving, etc.). I've been focusing on identifying symptoms and helping them to deal with trauma related issues, while learning and practicing healthy and adaptive coping skills.
