I create a supportive and collaborative space for adults, children and families to grow, and work toward their desired outcomes. I work with people with goals to reduce difficult emotions, improve relationships or careers, navigate life changes, and/or move through the grief process. This sometimes involves navigating symptoms of depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, manic depression, or personality disorder related challenges.
