I am a registered clinical counsellor and am registered with the Crime Victim Assistance Program. I use a trauma informed approach in counselling, while also implementing person centred, narrative, EMDR and emotionally focused techniques to treat a variety of client concerns. I value the client-counsellor relationship and make every effort to ensure I demonstrate congruency with the experiences of my clients. I strongly believe in the empowerment that comes from increasing personal voice.
