In life, we'll experience uncomfortable feelings, abrupt changes, endings, feeling stuck and helpless on how to navigate things we weren't ready for and I'm here to normalize although this journey isn't perfect asking for help is an example of true strength and self-awareness. I primarily work with young couples and young adults managing issues such as relationships, emotional abuse, unresolved childhood trauma, social media, family relationships, school, career and, burnout issues.
