Dr. Francis Gadigbe, a graduate of Seattle University, is a marriage and family therapist licensed in Washington State. I have been providing psychotherapy for the past eleven years. I assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mood disorders, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, and multicultural issues. I have specialized experience and training in assisting those overcoming trauma, including domestic violence, ADHD, and couples' dysfunctional communication. Treatment approaches include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
