My name is Teresa Robles and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with teens and adults and specialize in trauma-informed care. I will provide supportive listening, but the real change comes from the active work you do in and out of your therapy sessions. As a trauma-informed therapist my approach to therapy is often tailored to the client's needs being that the main goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment in which healing can be accomplished. I most frequently utilize CBT techniques, but I also find power in art and play therapy interventions as well as strength-based approaches.
