Therapy with me means going at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're carrying experiences that feel too heavy to share or process alone. I work with individuals navigating a variety of struggles including trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression. I’m also passionate about supporting activists and frontline workers in reconnecting with purpose and resilience. I offer space to process the emotional toll of of advocacy work, while helping to rediscover meaning and hope in the face of exhaustion, burnout, and ecological grief.
