Looking for more than just talk therapy? My ideal client is looking for therapy that goes deeper than talk therapy. I have worked for 25 years with clients recovering from anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, abuse, and codependence. Experience has shown me that using a mind/body approach to therapy is the most effective for healing from these issues. My belief is that our being is grounded in the body and that ignoring the body will have limited lasting success in the treatment of psychological issues.
