I enjoy getting to know individual's strengths and challenges. I have worked in a variety of settings including, DV, CPS, and residential treatment for teens. I like to collaborate with my clients on goals to help improve daily enjoyment. Sometimes problems can feel overwhelming or insurmountable. I feel that through a therapeutic alliance and evidence-based treatment, those problems will begin to feel manageable. I bring a lighthearted and relational approach to our work together.
