I am passionate about working with humans who have experienced relational trauma - often associated with intense emotional distress, complex PTSD, and illness. I bring a highly attuned somatic/body-based practice that can help to reorganize and repattern the nervous system from states of disconnection, dissociation, dis-ease, and distress towards regulation, coherence, resilience and ultimately well-being, joy, vitality and a deeper sense of compassion, intuition and trust with self.
