My passion is to help teens find their voice by empowering them to take control of their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I also enjoy partnering with parents to form stronger relationships with their children. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with kids and teens. I specialize in girls and nonbinary folks ages 12-20 who have experienced trauma. If your teen or child has symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, I will work with them using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness coping techniques to reduce those symptoms.
