I have 30 years experience offering compassionate and goal-oriented therapy for adults with trauma/abuse histories and/or depression that are causing current mood problems, frequent upsetting memories, relationship problems, poor choices, self esteem issues, shame, numbness, sleep problems and anxiety. I specialize in EMDR and Lifespan Integration, two rapid trauma resolution techniques. Both can often quickly and effectively resolve past issues that are causing current life problems without re-traumatizing. I also use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, which helps in gaining emotion regulation skills that will last a lifetime.
