I help people stuck in survival patterns—like shame, hypervigilance, emotional shutdown, or people-pleasing—that were once protective, but now get in the way of having safe, connected, and authentic relationships with self and others. Many of my clients have tried talk therapy before but still feel disconnected, chronically anxious, or unsure how to feel better, especially when trauma is entangled with identity-based harm or family rupture. You may be neurodivergent, queer, trans, spiritually questioning or someone who has a hard time feeling comfortable in normative spaces.
