I approach most client issues as the result of your relationship with the world around you, we will take a close look at you-in-context and how trauma has impacted you. I frequently utilize mindfulness techniques within evidenced-based modalities (such as IFS, ACT, CBT). I treat individuals, couples and families; adolescents (ages 16 and up) to older adults. Professional interest include treatment of anxiety, men's issues, and LGBTQ. While I accept only a few insurances, I will bill your insurance company if I am out-of-network. Many insurance plans have partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
