About
My approach to counseling is through the lens of trauma which allows me to be empathetic to the various life events that my clients have experienced and how those events shape their worldview and how they navigate it. I have experience working with clients ages 4-20+ who have experienced physical and sexual abuse, as well as those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame, guilt, and so much more. I have also facilitated teen support groups and parenting support groups for mothers with newborns.
