About
I work with individuals who are navigating various concerns, which may include anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and identity. I use an integrated person-centered approach that supports clients in exploring their feelings, thoughts, and experiences, with emphasis on collaboration, safety, and intersectional feminist values. I have experience working with survivors of gender-based violence and through this work have learned the importance of creating safe spaces that foster trust and resiliency.
