I use a client centred - collaborative style involving an analytical and curious perspective to gain clarity on presentations, needs, desired outcomes. My background in mental health has been dedicated to supporting individuals in crisis, trauma, personality disorders, and suicidal ideation. I work with individuals and families experiencing symptoms related to mood changes, emotional dysregulation, PTSD and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress. My specialty lies in the neurological aspects of trauma, particularly surrounding the nervous system, including burnout and generational trauma.
