Hello! My name is Meredith Souto, and I am a trauma therapist. My goal isn't just to help you know 'what you are supposed to do,' but to address the thought patterns, beliefs, body sensations, feelings, and memories that cause negative feelings and reactions so you truly do feel better in daily life.
