I specialize in addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns, which are often symptoms related to unresolved trauma. I have experience working closely with individuals from all walks of life who have struggled with moderate to severe mental health and addiction issues. I approach my work with a holistic, inclusive, trauma-informed lens to better understand the inner complexities an individual might struggle with, often due to many outer complexities. Social justice and anti-racist perspectives inform my work and I recognize the harm our current system has on the psyche, as isolation and disconnection continue to rise.
