I specialize in helping folx repattern their relationships with gender, sexuality, and trauma. My clients tend to "get it" on a cognitive level, but can sometimes have a hard time feeling into all of the parts of self that have historically struggled to be seen. Insight and self awareness are important steps on the road to self actualization, but the embodied process of coming into compassionate and loving relationship with Self can be tricky to navigate in a world that would often prefer we were otherwise. It helps to know we are seen.
