Reaching out for help can be difficult and I hope to make this as easy as possible for everyone. My experience has been primarily working with people who have experienced childhood trauma but I work with trauma of all types. Trauma can look like: physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, medical abuse and neglect. Trauma can impact every part of our lives: our mental health, our bodies, our relationships and our spirit. I enjoy walking alongside folx as we explore how life might look different if trauma takes up less space.
