I work with people coping with trauma and stress, especially stressors related to substance use, family of origin, parenting, relationship issues, and abuse. The cumulative worry, grief, exhaustion, and loss of hope that so often accompany these challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed and alone. In our sessions, we will work together on short-term relief, along with deeper explorations oriented towards lasting change. New ways of relating to yourself and others bring about new experiences that reignite your sense of hope and nurture change. I offer calm, thoughtful, nonjudgmental support to you and your family on your journey.
