Hi, I'm Liane! My practice largely centers on helping people strengthen their relationship with themselves and others. Together, we can help you identify and overcome patterns that no longer serve you. Some of the topics that often come up in-session are boundary setting/assertiveness, nervous system regulation, communication skills, co-dependency, and perfectionism. I work with many people who are working through relational trauma (anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment styles). I can also support you in overcoming fears with exposure therapy. I have a holistic approach, incorporating both somatic work and talk therapy.
